Initial consultation
Initial Consultations can be done over the phone or in person. We spend approximately an hour getting to know a little about you, the basic's about your event or wedding, and a little about you or the person of honor. We ask ton's of questions so we have a clear understanding. Then if you're ready to proceed the next step is...
Face-to-face in depth consultations
You get so much more then 3-4 hours of time with our head event and wedding planner/coordinator, floral and decor designer. We'll bring all of our portfolios for you to see, as the website only holds 1/4 of the pictures so it will load faster for you. We come to you for this meeting at night during the week or on the weekend. Preferably we want to meet in your home, so we can really get a clear idea as to your personality and style. These are scheduled, by appointment only, and we discuss all of the needs of your dazzling event or wedding in great detail, as well as all the expectations that you have for the occasion. We'll ask even more questions to get a complete idea of your personality and tastes as well as of those involved in the planning so we can be sure that they are all included in the proposal. We want to see pictures that you've found that you like. Even if it is several pictures where you like certain elements in each picture.
To hold our services and receive a complete proposal, with several schedules for you to chose from, there is a 50% non refundable retainer for the planning and coordinating package of your choice.
For a few days to 1 ½ weeks after the face-to-face meeting we'll go over all the notes and information and prepare a complete proposal of every detail, all of the elements, location options, including pictures and all of the needed vendors with their pricing for you to choose from. Preparation of the complete proposal takes between 12 and 30 hours of our time to complete, which is why the retainer for planning and coordinating is paid in advance. The estimate will be emailed to you. Once you receive the original estimate consisting of several schedules and options, anything can be changed or tweaked so that the final estimate is exactly what you have envisioned. All proposal's can be tweaked to fit exactly what you desire. You'll already know what the total is for your event, special occasion or wedding before we even start. This will include a payment schedule over the planning period.
We accept credit cards through Pay-Pal only, cash and checks.
