An event &
wedding coordinator's job is much different then an on site coordinator. An on site coordinator handles their staff,
including wait staff, catering staff and table/chair set up and tear
down. An event coordinator handles everything else from arriving early to
ensure that all the details, you as our client, wants to have at each location for
the event or wedding, that all the vendors know in advance where they need to
be, all details on the day of, right through to making sure that all the items
that belongs to their client makes it back to them in one piece and paying the
vendors at the end of the event or wedding. This way, you as our client
only needs to concentrate on your family, friends and enjoying your dazzling
affair with them. No client or their family should be concerned with any

We offer a 30 minute
complimentary phone consultation with
our head coordinator. During which we discuss all of your ideas, basic
needs and what you are looking for.
During the initial phone consult we will schedule a face to face
meeting. Face to face meetings are 1
hour min. for events and a 2 hour min. for weddings and $70 per hour. In the face to face meeting we discuss these
details in greater detail, show you our portfolios of work we have done and
discover your personality & flair. A
few days to 1½ weeks after the face to face meeting we will email to you a
complete proposal for every element, detail and vendor for your event or
wedding with multiple choices for you to choose from. Anything can be
tweaked to your satisfaction at this time. Of course you can add elements and
details at any time, although it will affect the bottom line. We are LBGT friendly. For more
information, see About Us. In the Denver Metro area we come to you for appointments, at night
and on the weekends when you are available, instead of making you take time off
in the middle of your busy day to meet with us during your work hours. If
